They were giving me a loaner car just for a tuneup/oil change. The loaner was not available so they rented me a car. I appreciated them going above and beyond.

You guys are the best. Got me taken care of on short notice in preparation for a road trip. A/C was out and I was told it was a “major” repair and maybe not with fixing. You guys diagnosed the issue as fairly minor and fixed it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

While I have my wife's Mercedes serviced at D. Wells for several years now, this was the first time I decided to have them service my Ford Flex. With over 125,000 miles on it I wanted to know what could be done to improve the ride as I expect to keep this vehicle for several more years. Well, I was not disappointed with the thorough report D. Wells provided, and the resulting ride improvement after they replaced the shocks and struts and needed tire alignment. It rides once again as the day I drove it new from the showroom and I could not be more pleased. The level of service, friendliness, thoroughness of inspection reports, etc. have made me a repeat customer for both my vehicles now. I cannot give them a higher positive rating than 5 stars, but would if I could. Thank you everyone at D. Wells in Gurnee for your outstanding automobile service.

D. WELLS at it again with superb customer service and automotive care. They scheduled me in and kept me up to date with my vehicle through the process. Also gave me pictures with notes for me to see for myself what's going bad and what can be delayed in fixing on my vehicle through an online app. If you want to get what you pay for I highly recommend D.
