James said he supplied the business with the part to be replaced and they resolved the problem. He was surprised at the $150 charge for labor when they only had the vehicle for an hour and fifteen minutes. It seemed to be a bit excessive.

Spoke with Jim. He said the service this business provides is always very good. The representatives are extremely trustworthy and up front. If there is ever a problem or addition they will call first before performing repairs on the vehicle.
The part for my car came in wrong and they ended up having it for 4 days. I know it probably wasn't their fault but good customer service would be to throw a free oil change your way for the inconvenience. Just saying.
I've been taking my cars to D Wells for years and would never consider taking them anywhere else. They're always honest, present options, and will even show you the bad parts they take off. Great group. Highly recommended.
