Got recommended from people at my work and it was a great decision. Originally had Buick/GM estimate replacing my "Right front hub bearing" at $760 and they needed 3 days to turn it around. I first went to another shop in Gurnee for pricing and they offered 369+Tax, but then I found out Wells was closer so I did a price compare and they quoted 381 out the door with tax and all. I asked them when I could bring my car in and then have it back.... they said NEXT DAY. I know this is typically a result if business is slow but that was hardly the case here. They had all lifts up and cars packed in their lot. The customer service is awesome, very friendly, concerned and informed. They gave superbly competitive pricing compared to EVERYONE. They also noticed my front brakes were dangerously low and offered to replace them at a very reasonable rate. GM didn't even mention them. All in all, excellent place. Great work and fast reliable service. Spent $680 here for what GM wanted $1400 for (brakes, rotars, right front hub bearing). With out a doubt in my mind, I will be back if anything else goes wrong!

I asked that a spare be taken off and to fill up the regular tire and replace. I also asked that all tires be inflated. They replaced the tire but never inflated the others. Needless to say, we had to go back the next day as all my tires were getting flat. Normally, I like the business and will continue to use your services.

In a age when most businesses dont seem to care about the customer, Dave and his staff consistently go above and beyond for me and my automotive needs. Highly recommended.
