Five stars from me! First I started with "shopping around," trying to find the best deal for four new tires for my car. I called a couple places locally and then called here. The man on the phone was so friendly and very knowledagble about which tires would be best for me on my car. I made the appointment for a couple days later, which allowed time for them to order the tires for me. Appointment day came and I arrived 15 minutes early. They took my car in early, and got me out with four tires twenty minutes later. While waiting I enjoyed a nice cup of hot cocoa while waiting in the waiting area lobby. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced for what they offer. Nobody likes spending $550 right before the holidays, but knowing it's going to a family owned business makes it worth it. Thank you!

As always everyone was more than kind. As expected with my car an unexpected issue came about. The money pit is taking over. Dave has been very kind to work with me and I do appreciate it. A very Merry Christmas to the entire Wells Family.

Ivonne said the customer service desk could have done a little better. They could have taken better care of the customers instead of multi-tasking and trying to take care of customers while being on the phone.
