D Wells Automotive in Gurnee provided excellent service. Dave Wells greeted me right away. Tires were mounted and balanced correctly without any scratches on wheels. Old weights were removed. After installation of tires, 4 wheel alignment was checked for free. They showed me the print out and it showed the my Miata's alignment or "toe" was off or not within specs. I agreed and they performed the alignment. This will insure even wear on my new tires and better ride and handling. Tires were mounted and balanced within an hour. Alignment took another 45 min. Not a long wait. D Wells had many repeat and loyal customers in the waiting area. They spoke highly of the honest and quality of service. The waiting area was clean and had complementary coffee and tea. They had free WiFi. David and Dan who worked at the front desk were friendly, very knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. Great guys! Service was friendly, honest, and high quality. They were very thorough in their service. I highly recommend this shop for the installation of your tires or automotive servicing.

Just returned from this service. Very friendly staff! No extra charges. I had a problem with high vibration on high speed. And it was just a ice on a wheel ... So anyway I'm happy about it.
